Adjacent to the busiest spaghetti junction in London, the scheme aims to regenerate the natural landscape of Roding Valley, and create a mini urban oasis within the gap of surrounding heavy infrastructures by transforming the site into a wetland park. The bowl-shaped landform collects wash-off from the motorways, and purifies those using series of constructed wetlands before entering the river.
